The board was created by a French artist named Nils Guadagnin and fluctuates based on electromagnetism. The most interesting part is that it has a laser system for stabilization that governs the magnets and keep it afloat in any situation. This is prob the most desired artifact from Back to the Future (besides the De Lorean) is already a reality, but there's a catch. The good news: the hoverboard exists and it works. Bad news: as long as you don’t step on it..but its on its way! Imagine what a scientist from a company with the capital of Google or Apple on his hand to invest in research could do!
