Lil Wayne was caught with contrabrand at Rikers, but we’re not talking prison shanks or weed in balloons, he was in possession of a dangerous stash of headphones and a charger for a MP3 player watch. Seriously..he's a rapper, of course he's going to find a way to listen to somthing. I thought inmates could listen to music or have some sort of music player..guess not. Let him have it, seriously Lil Wayne isn't going to hurt anyone.
